Eating the kitchen!

We all have those weeks, right? How do you curb the carb cravings? Me - I have binged, and the cabinet doors are just short of being a dessert. Embarrassing, and hardly wanting to admit it, but here I am. Where are you, and what's on your mind about it?

    I just save calories for it, and portion control once I start eating. After a while your stomach isn’t so big and doesn’t handle the volume. So you can't eat as much as you used to - you feel stuffed much faster.

    So, in summary, practice over time.

    I found the appliances go down better with a nice glass of wine
