When I was on my multiple weight watcher journeys my biggest downfall was that I was not a very good track or most of the time. I was running across the same problem with MFP until I discovered that I could easily put food combinations in my recipes and save them for later. Wow this was a fairly complicated process on weight watchers but it is incredibly easy on my fitness pal. It makes tracking so much easier for me tracking is important because otherwise I just lose track of what I'm eating. By the way on a sidenote my son is using this app not to lose weight by to maintain and keep track of the nutrients.
