Looking at loosing weight slowly over the next few weeks..through tracking what I eat. Eating sensibly and drinking more water. Eating smaller portions...also through regular exercise. any support welcome

    You can do it. Add one more day of exercise and eliminate one bad food a day. Tracking is the key. I stopped and gained five back. Not changing something huge just two little thungs that add up to good losses!
