Long time, I need motivation

I'm back, after 4 years out of basic training I came home and got fat. I want to get back to 185 please friend help me keep motivated

First step to losing weight is eating right! Regardless of how much you make there is always a way to lower your caloric intake. It was easier for you to stay somewhat fit because in the military you are forced to take more steps which in return burns more calories. Start with a small change and hold yourself accountable to it for two weeks and then make another change. It will make the process easier than going cold turkey haha.1
