I'm a 33 year old mommy of 2 boys (3 and 1). I have struggled with my weight for 15ish years. I have gone back and forth between ww and mfp. I was last on ww and lost about 20 pounds but had to stop because I couldn't afford it any more. I NEED the accountability. I've gained 10 pounds back since stopping ww. I swore that I would never go back to the 200's. When I weighed myself about 2 weeks ago I was 198. My boys need and deserve a healthy mommy. I am a grazer. I will snack without realizing that I was eating till I've eaten a bite out two. I have spent so many years having to eat at certain times of the day that I would and still do eat when I'm not hungry because "I should eat something". I am learning the difference between wanting to eat and needing to eat. I need and welcome any friends, advice, and support.
