Hey all,
Since March this year I've been on and off the 123 plan and I can't argue with the results as I've lost loads, but each time I have to come off for health reasons, I seem to gain loads (6-13lbs after 3-9 days off plan gain!) and I won't have gone back to my old eating habits either! It's putting me in a horrid frame of mind where I'm constantly feeling guilty and then the depression creeps back to boot. Day 1 today, just have to keep my self motivated, looking forward to more fruit and veg in my diet. Good luck all x

    It's water weight
    You lose loads when you start - water - gain loads when you stop
    Use her maintence plan you can't ever go back to other ways eating as once you eat higher carbs you'll gain that's why we have to find a way of life eating not just a ' diet '
