Hi there figured it was about time I introduced myself.

I'm 33 in Yorkshire trying desperately to loose weight and have a monumental challenge with me having Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. Hopefully ill get some encouragement here. Current weight 99.4kg wanting to get to 62.2kg eep
