Alcohol

One has to be honest with themselves. It is difficult at best and almost impossible to lose weight and drink alcohol. I love my wine. When I have wine I gain weight. So I limit it so just special occasions. I also try to limit the amount I drink as well. I am not an alcoholic, just a lover of good wine. Start with the small thinks to change your weight direction.

You only gain weight if you consume more calories than you burn. Pre-log your wine and ensure you hit your calorie goal for the day.1
