1 Bikini, 1 Year Later (pics!)

This is my first time posting a success story. I'm definitely not finished with my journey, but I figured I hit a milestone so I might as well post about it!

Last year I was swimming at a friend's house where she decided to take some pictures of us. When I saw the picture of me, I'll admit i wasn't totally appalled by it, but I thought that I could stand to lose a few pounds. So now here we are 1 year after that picture was taken. With the help of heavy lifting I've lost 12 pounds (from 155 to 143). While the number on the scale doesn't really matter too much to me at this point, I'm still pretty happy with what I've accomplished, and love what those weights have done for my body! As a celebration I decided to buy myself a new sexy Victoria's Secret bikini!

So ladies...... go pick up some weights!!
