Good luck! I don't know what your goals are but just a few tips that I have for you:
-Log your food when (or immediately after) you eat. Including every taste or sample. Make it a habit and it will be come easier. If you tend to repeat meals you can save them so it is easier to log.
-Use the message boards! Try to be as specific as possible and include details when asking for help. Typically people are positive and helpful.
-Sync your tracking devices/apps to help keep track of your activity.
-Take one day at a time. If you don't meet your goal for the day, its ok, try to focus on the week as a whole starting out0
