Hey everyone I just started logging again today, it's been awhile since I've tracked my food. I just feel so discouraged with my weight right now. I'm 5'3 and 145 lbs and my goal is to lose 10 lbs. my down fall is sweets, I work in a bakery and I'm always sneaking a cupcake! Ugh I feel horrible but I'm going to do my best to stay on track!

try bringing your own snacks to work so if u get tempted u got something to fall back on, just a tip! I work in a mall food court and its been the hardest thing ever to resist, but bringing fruits or a bit of chips or crackers is so helpful0
