Depends on the day. Usually it ranges from 500-800 calories. On 500 calorie days I'll eat like 400 of those back. On 800 calorie days it ends up being alot less than it should because I'm otherwise eating all day. So probably like 500-600 of those back. I always try to net over 1200 though, btw.0

I'm probably trying to shoot as close to 500 but im happy with anything between 300-5000

My average is approx. 350 calories.0

I try to do no less thn 400 but I also go as high as 800-900 calories. I eat about half back.0

It's hard to tell how much "you" burn unless you get a heart rate monitor where you can enter your personal information in. I have a Polar FT4 that helps me a lot.0

Depends on the day, but I range from about 400 to about 1600. I eat about 90% back.0

600-1600.
Generally aim for 800-1000, including walking.0 -
today it was 3400

I burn about 600 and eat back around 4000

I burn 500-800 a day but I'm trying to get up to 1000 a day. I don't eat back any of my calories at the present because I'm still morbidly obese... but as I get closer to my goal weight I will start eating back at least a portion of my exercise calories.0

Between 300-400 and I eat 90% back.0

I let my fitbit take care of measuring all my daily activity. At the gym, purposeful activity or running outside, between 300-1000+. Enjoy eating the vast majority of them back, to.0

Average is about 725 this year (5,000+ a week).
I eat them all back 5 days a week and none of them back 2 days a week - I do 5:2 fasting.0 -
Usually around 600 a day and there has been times where I ate all of those calories back. It depends on how my macros are looking and if I'm actually hungry.0

Anywhere between 400-1000 (on weekends its more) You need a heart rate monitor as if you are logging exercise through MFP, their calorie burn figures are inaccurate and sometimes way off.
Some days I eat them back, some days I don't, I judge it by my hunger day to day.
(MFP does calculate a deficit for weightloss / weight gain according to your goals, so technically speaking you should be eating them back

100-1,500+ depending on the day - it's 10:12 and am currently at 702 exercise calories. As I'm going to London today It'll probably be around 2,200 exercise calories. I eat 100% of them back.0

not a whole ton, somewhere in the 250-300 range most days that I "work out" (which in reality is just walking a few miles with my husband).0

If I go to the gym 600ish, a run 400ish, or at home 300ish. I just got a HRM yesterday, so I am interested to see how much my cardio sessions actually burn.0
-
You will find it's a LOT different than going by what the machines at the gym say, since the HRM will be tailored to your body specifics. I'm so glad I got my HRM so that I can be more accurate!0
