Hi! I am a design student juuuust short of graduating- any and all motivation to stay fit is a godsend as a slough through my capstone. I have certainly been in better shape, and I wanna change that now. I like to post often, especially about good healthy food options I try and discover. Right now my goals are to nail down my diet, which will be followed shortly by kicking into gear in the gym.
Height: 5'9"
Weight: 138lbs
Goal: 125lbs, or getting my sixpack back. Whichever comes first.
Focus: eating a lot of nutritious foods and hitting some resistance/weight training. Maybe some cardio in there for luck.
