Door attachment for resistance band

Does anyone have one? Where do you get them? The program I'm working out to uses resistance bands for a lot of the strength stuff, but it's replaceable by hand weights. But not all of it. There are some moves that require the band to be mounted higher, on a door hinge ideally. But the attachment that comes with the program, I don't have because I'm doing it online. Target has a section for like P90X etc (I'm doing P90), so i thought they'd have it, but they don't.
