    Hello Simon. I'm Ashley. I am new as well. My doctor recommended this to me because I really need to lose the weight. I really need to lose it because I am only 24 and I feel like I am wasting my life because I feel like I am limited from some things. (i.e. wearing a bikini).

    I really want to acheive my goals. I am here for you as I am for everyone else here who is going through this.
