What helps you when you become discouraged?

this is a good question! I hope people comment so I can learn from it too. What is discouraging you? I personally struggle with the fact that I can't seem to eat in moderation when I do eat unhealthy foods, it's so frustrating.

I have a plan first my fitness and nutrition. I follow the plan regardless of how I feel on any given day. In the end it all works out. If I don't feel like working out, I work out anyway per my plan. I always feel better mentally &physically afterwards. If I'm discouraged about my weight, I just keep following my p ll an and majestic sure I'm tracking accurately & honestly. My plan always proves to be right.2

When I get discouraged, I pay attention to get back to doing what works: Drink water. Eat in a deficit. Exercise. Sleep. Eating in a deficit requires that I check my habits of logging my food and carefully read my diary to be sure I'm putting everything in accurately.1
