Kinect adventures and knees

Okay. So I weigh in at a little over 3 bills and have bad knees and ankles. Bad enough that my knees are burning from the jumping and twisting of beginner level kinect adventures on Xbox 360. I've lost 50 lbs this year using mostly MFP and some exercise. I really like how much faster the time goes by and fun I have with the exercise game which I recently purchased for motivation ( the whole Xbox 360 kinect plus kinect adventures. Can anyone suggest something fun that gives me a decent workout like this game but is easier on the knees. Maybe slower lower body motion and more upper body. .. until I am down a few dozen more lbs? I have heard for instance fruit ninja is pretty good and mostly upper body. BTW I did do exercises like good mornings with dumbells, leg lifts and bent over donkey kicks using a chair and some other similar types of things with with my legs that are less aggressive on my knees, a good lower body workout is not completely ruled out.
