I just came across this: https://www.dietdoctor.com/recipes/oopsie-bread. It's part of the 14-Day Ketogenic Diet Plan, which I don't plan on doing, but I am curious about some of the recipes. I already cook in a similar way. Has anyone made this carb-less bread? If so, what did you think of it?

My mother made this back in the 70's when Atkins first came out. It tastes like egg whites and not even remotely like bread.

Oopsie rolls aren't much like actual bread, but I like them. They do well for mini-pizzas, or when I feel the need to toast and butter something. I bake mine in a muffin-top pan.

Have you tried Soul Bread? Also cream cheese and egg-based, but with protein powder and a few other ingredients. I haven't made the actual loaf, but the pizza-crust variation was pretty good--and even better as leftovers the next morning. Low-carb Soul Bread

Not a fan of oopsie bread, too eggy tasting for me. I personally like these much better. They puff up nicely and slice well. They make great sandwiches! http://www.findingradiance.com/2011/02/24/magic-rolls-eades-low-carb-comfort-foods/

I love oopsie bread. I'm ovenless at the moment, though, so no oopsie.
