Motivation

Hello everyone!
I'm fairly new to this site and I have decided to start using it again to get myself back on track. I've gained about 10 pounds this summer. I've been working two jobs and it's been tough to find time to exercise. I suffer from anxiety as well and that's been hard. At 5'7" and 140, I am still at a normal weight but I would like to get back to 125-130 lbs. which was what I weighed about 4 months ago. I have the tools I need to succeed but I am looking for some friends to help keep me motivated to be healthy!

Sounds like all you need is a few friends to hold you accountable. I am on most every day so if you need to exchange motivation, I will send you a friend request. And no matter what you decide, I at least gave your posting a bump to get it back to the front page0
