Just like starting over

So, after kinda severely straining my groin on Election day playing golf (after voting) which left bruising down my inner thigh to my knee (and hurt like H3ll), my Physical Therapist, who also doubles as my daughter, has FINALLY allowed me to go back to the gym to start walking. NO RUNNING yet. I could have done my upper body training but, she, for good reason, didn't trust me to behave. So, back I go, 20 minutes walking, assisted chin ups, bench and military presses, curls and some planks. Back to it again. Just like starting over
