Anybody starting T25?

Yesterday I started T25. Is anybody else starting it?

    i do it on and off as a way to supplement other workouts, but don't stick to any kind of plan

    I started it yesterday! Cardio 1.0 was more intense than I remember from my last round!

    I'm starting today, along with weightlifting and incline treadmill work.

    I am planning to do a full round and then go back to weight lifting

    I am planing in doing one round and then go back to weight lifting, yes Alpha Cardio was intense!. I love Shaun T!!!

    I've been more focused on weightlifting lately but I needed a cardio based program for awhile and I love that he does include some lifting in a majority of the workouts! Shaun T is the best!

    Yep, same here. I have done lots of weight lifting this year and I need to work on my cardio for a bit. I also like the program is 25 minutes and 5 days a week, which works perfectly with my busy schedule during the holidays.
