Hi there!

New here on the MFP community.
27 years old, 5''6 and 169 lbs. I had to use a converter for those numbers, cuz I'm dutch so we use the metric system :D
I've been at it a week and lost about 3,5 lbs so far. I'm actually typing this while cooling down from a run :)
I aim to get down to at least 132 lbs, so about 37 more lbs to go.
Ideally I wanna weigh about 120-ish, but I'm planning to not only lose fat but also build up muscle, so it's entirely possible that I'll have the body I want at a higher weight than 120 lbs. We'll see. ;)

I'm trying to do shorter goals within my bigger one. I started at 173 lbs (78,6 kg) and my first minigoal wil be to make 165 lbs (75 kg). Then 154lbs (70kg), 143 lbs (65 kg), and finally 132 lbs (60 kg). I hope this will help me to keep motivated, so I won't have to feel like I've still got sooooo much to lose, but instead can look forward to just a few more lbs and I reached my first minigoal!.

For exercise I like to run (well...like... :p ) and do some strength training. I tend to browse pinterest for fun workouts to do on the days I'm not running. This helps keep it fun for me and makes me actually workout. Boredom is such a killer for me!

I usually run alone, but almost always accompanied by my dog. I thinks it's more fun to run with her than all alone. :)
