Hi Y'all. I just started Core de Force and was wondering how I would track the workout on MFP? Any suggestions?

Calorie burns are "guesstimates." So adding a brand name won't make the burn anymore accurate. Just log your workout using the general category it falls under - strength training (under cardio) - circuit training - general aerobics, etc.

Do you plan on eating the calories back?
If yes....I would definitely be careful because estimates are tough and depend on factors that are pretty tough to ballpark. A lot of people eat back half the calories for this reason (or less)

You can invest in a heart rate monitor. The Microsoft Pulse is the most accurate, followed by the Apple Watch, Fitbit and Garmin.

If Cour De Force is steady state cardio......then a HRM would be helpful.

Thank you! I do have a fitbit blaze but stopped using it a couple of months ago. I should dust it off and put it back on. I truly appreciate everyone's help and suggestions.
