Trying to get back to my body.

I struggle to stay focused. I'm constantly coming up with excuses on why I can't work out or eat better. I need people who will help me stay motivated. I'll do the same in return. I used to be highly athletic worth a6 pack. Now I have the I look pregnant 24/7 stomach. I need to get back in shape by June 10 cause I'm getting married! Add me

    Hi there and congrats on getting into the right mindset! Just remember that there are no shortcuts! Creating a calorie deficit (through moderate calorie restriction and increase in physical activity) is the only way to lose weight. Any plan that does not require sacrifice is unrealistic and leads to failure.
