I started at 200lbs and I'm 6ft. I started cleaning up my eating and going to the gym daily. well I lost 15lbs right away but I'm pretty sure it was water weight because I was always going up and down between 200-189. well after a month and two weeks of going to the gym and eating about 80 percent healthier I'm now at 173.4 lbs and according to the bmi chart that means I'm a normal weight for my height. yay. I still have a goal of 150lbs but I'm just so excited for myself. I do see a tiny bit difference but not to much so hopefully by the time I lose 20lbs more I'll be blown away.
