Okay so I have recently lost over 140 lbs since july 2015. I still have some weightloss and toning up to do! I Put some weight back on and took it back off... I just cant seem to get it together. I constantly want to eat bad which makes me feel like going to the gym is useless, even though I still go often. I havent gained enough weight back to make me look any bigger but I am TERRIFIED im going back down the wrong path again.... I have alot of things going on I believe I am stress eating but Im scared! I need motivation and advice!! 23/f/ga here pleAse help!

    Are you restricting your calorie intake too much? You don't have to be 'terrified' you're going to gain again, you know what you have to do, keep on tracking your meals, keep stepping on the scales, its the only way to keep your eye on the ball. Everyone has the odd 'bad' day, if they are just happening now and again that wont derail your progress.

    As for the stress, some people can't eat when stressed, others just want to eat - find a way around that. Only you can help yourself in this. Maybe try to keep busy instead?

    Think about how far you have come, you've been doing this for almost a year and a half, and you've succeeded... and the great news is, you can continue to succeed but you have to keep focused ok.
