Why doesn't the app have any weight training to log in? Why doesn't it deduct calories when i log ?

whenever I log in my strength training I have to make up my own exercises because it doesn't have any weight training in the system. That is weird because I'm sure a lot of people do weight training also it doesn't deduct any calories when I type in my weight training what's going on?

    Log weight training under the cardiovascular section as strength training. It will give you a calorie burn though it's highly inflated.

    Hmmm not sure why it's not working for you. I do it on the days I do weights and as long as I do it under the cardio section and not the other one I get a calorie burned number.

    What do you type in?

    Make sure you are adding a Cardiovascular exercise. Then type only the first three letters "str" of strength. By typing only those letters, it will expand the search results.
