0.8-1.0 g per lb of Lean Body Mass. If you're getting 155g then you are getting plenty!

    120-150g is a good range.

Hmm. So myfitnesspal app is not right then. It told me to aim for 200g of protein per day. 350g of carbs and 62g of fat

    Current split is 50% carbs(375g), 25% protein (188g) 25% fat (83g)

MFP has a standard macro set up but it is not optimal or individualised. Change the %'s until you're happy with them.

The app is a standard setting but you can customize yours to what you want it to be. So if you're trying to gain, I'll say take 1.5 gram of protein per lb (your body weight).

The recommendation is 1.5g to 2.2g / kg while cutting. So it would be way more than enough during a bulk. 1.5g per lb is overkill.

200 grams is overkill...MFP just defaults to 25% for protein...in this case, it's overkill and you'd just be making expensive glucose. Drop it down and up the carbs.

With a 3000 calorie goal and your light weight, you can basically just eat. Get the 120-150 grams and let the rest fall where it may. Consider the protein goal as a minimum and don't worry about it. You have it easy.
