Hello, I'm rose . I'm 18 and from the UK. About a year ago I was at an ideal weight for my height, 110lbs. However, since that time I have developed some unhealthy habits that have caused me to gain weight back and lose self confidence. Namely-
1) I would have a cheat day on a Saturday but it would then spread over into Sunday, resulting in a really high calorie intake.
2) I nibble at unhealthy foods thinking "Oh, this doesn't count I'm only having a tiny bit" (but it all adds up).
3) I always eat really unhealthily at the weekend, an ingrained habit I MUST break.
4) I sometimes continue eating even after I'm full, or after my calorie goal has been reached.

You're not the first, and certainly won't be the last!
Well done on identifying where you've been going wrong, now you have the knowledge to get yourself where you want to be, good luck!0 -
Hopefully logging everything you eat will stop the temptation to eat those extras. X1

Glad you are here. Welcome! I lived in the UK for 6 years while I was growing up. Great country!1
