Need to loose 140 lb

Hi guys, I just started using the app, and thought I'd get involved in the community.
As the title suggests, I am looking to loose approx. 140 lbs (10 stone). It's not the first time I've tried loosing weight, however I'm more determined than ever to keep loosing it, and more importantly keep it off this time.
In the past I have always tried loosing weight fast, and while it does show results, as we all now know, as soon as you come off your diet, you pile it all back on again.
This time however, I have tried to be a little more sensible. Instead of cutting out everything that is unhealthy and living on weight watchers type shakes, I have instead just been sensible about the amount I am eating and being careful with portion size. I am also keeping a close eye on calorie intake.
My starting weight is 340 lb and my target weight is approx. 200lb.
The other way I am keeping myself motivated is by producing a YouTube diary. I figure if people start following it, it will keep me motivated to carry on making videos, and in turn carry on loosing weight... you cant make video's about loosing weight, if you are not loosing it! I'm hoping that people watching, who are going through similar circumstances will also be motivated to keep going.

Anyways, it would be great to hear from anyone that is also loosing a similar amount of weight. I know it's going to be hard work, but fingers crossed I can stick with it this time.

Wow, that was quick, thank you. I'm going to be doing another couple of videos this afternoon, but it's always a great feeling when people view the video's and subscribe. It really is great motivation to keep on going.1

You might wanna break that up into some bited-sized chunks. I lost 70 pounds in 2016. If I can do it, you can do it. Then tackle another 70 the following year. Be realistic and patient -- you don't need to suffer to succeed, you just need to be consistent. This is a great tool to help you get there.0
