I am normally not a fan of "diet" foods, but i'm all for low calorie versions of "bad" foods. Please share yours! I have a few to share myself and to get the most accurate calories i will even put the brands that i used.

Personal Pizza
Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins- Brownberry 100 cal
Natural Pizza Sauce 1/8 cup- Great Value 15 cal
2% Mozzarella Shred Cheese 1/3 cup- Fit & Active 95 cal
Turkey Pepperoni 7 slices- Hormel 30 cal
total= 240 cal
i cook the sandwich thin on 350 for about 5-7 mins depending on desired crispness.
i take it out of the oven and add 1/8 cup of sauce evenly. [ i prefer cheese over sauce]
i add most of the 1/3 cup of cheese and then put the 7 pepperonis on and then top it with the rest of the cheese.
i put in back in the oven for 10-15 mins depending on how done you like the toppings.
enjoy!

i think parfaits look good, but i don't like yogurt so i came up with a
Pudding Parfait!
Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding- Snack Pack 60 cal
Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding- Snack Pack 70 cal
Little less than half a banana- 45 cal
1/3 cup of Honey Crunch 'n oats cereal- Millville 55 cal
total=230 cal
[granola is very high in cal and fat by adding the cereal you get the granola taste without the bad!]
i have a small fancy cup to make it look fancy.
i take the chocolate pudding and add it to the bottom of the cup then i slice the banana into pieces and add some pieces on top the of pudding and then put some cereal on top of the banana. Next, i add the vanilla pudding and top it with banana slices and the rest of the cereal. I put it in the fridge to chill it for about 15 mins.
[lighter version is only using one pudding pack instead of both]
enjoy!

French Toast
2% reduced fat milk- Friendly Farms 1/4 cup 30 cal
2 tbsp liquid egg white - great value 17 cal
1 tbsp egg substitute- great value 8 cal
Cinnamon Powder- as much as you prefer
1 slice Whole Wheat Bread- Aunt Millie's Light 35 cal
1/8 cup syrup- Aunt Maples 50 cal
total=140 cal
[i use egg whites and the yellow egg substitute so its more like a real egg]
in a bowl, add the milk, liquid eggs, and cinnamon and stir. soak bread in mixture on both sides it should use all the liquid then spray your skillet with butter flavored spray and cook on both sides and add the syrup once cooked
enjoy!

Breakfast Bagel
1 bagel thin- Thomas 110 cal
2% reduced fat american cheese- kraft 45 cal
3 tbsp egg substitute- great value 25 cal
2 slices turkey bacon fully cooked- butterball 30 cal
total=210 cal
bagel in toaster
cook liquid eggs in skillet apply cheese so its melty and put bacon in microwave for 30 sec-1 min
[can also make it a breakfast burrito by using a meijer flour tortilla 80cal heated in a skillet with all the rest of the ingredients]
enjoy!
