I've lost 6lbs!

I know it's not a huge success story but I've not lost more than 5lbs since early 2014 and have only seen increases (huge increases at that) since then. I have logged every day since October 21 and though I'm not overly disciplined (I've blown through my calorie max at least once a week!), I am making little daily changes that seem to be paying off....which is super encouraging!! Maybe this is going to work out after all. :smiley:

    You can do it! I know the feeling of something that seems small but is really encouraging. We need to embrace those moments. We know ourselves best, so we know when something like a 6lb loss is significant. It's things like that which keep us going. :)

    Well done - you have found the secret: it is the little daily changes that make the long-term difference. 6lb is something to be proud of - try carrying a six pound weight about with you for a day and see!
