55 lbs down.. AND COUNTING

Options
I remember the day I stepped on the scale and decided it was time for a change. I never thought it would actually stick.. But it has! I made my goal of 55 lbs in may 2016. I have maintained it since then but now it's time to buckle down and lose another 22 lbs by my 22nd birthday! Who's with me? Summer bodies are built in the winter! Add me so we can support each other.

You look great and for what it's worth it doesn't look like you need to lose another 22 pounds (at least from the photos)!

Thank you so much!! I wasn't comfortable in swimsuits this summer so I'm working on my thighs and tummy this winter. I know you can't spot reduce so I've set a goal for 22 lbs but if I stay the same number and just gain muscle I'm happy

My goal is about 22 lbs too! But the real goal is to lose fat and gain/maintain muscle. What's ur deadline?
