Hey everyone does anyone know how many Grams 1 cup of cooked brown rice is

The scale will tell you how many grams it is -- nobody here will know how many grams you are able to fit into a cup.4

One cup cooked is about 200 grams. It's far more accurate to weigh the rice before cooking because the weight varies after cooking due to how much water is absorbed. It's about 218-224 calories.2

Use the Tare feature. Measure bowl/cup/scoop empty, hit Tare the fill it up with rice. It will give you the weight of just the contents, minus the weight of the bowl/cup/scoop.1

I usually just weigh out 140 grams of cooked brown rice. I use trader joes instant rice. That's what the label says. It comes in at 200cals.1

I'd say measure it dry to get accurate grams because of water it absorbs you would be shorting yourself. I measure everything before cooking it I put a bowl on the scale use the tare feature and then cook it up2
