Food Options

What are some food options you eat everyday for your meals? I want to know specific foods rather something vague like protein, carbs, etc. I seem to have a hard time figuring out what to eat all the time and always resort to salad and/or junk.

I want to work on losing my gut and the fat in my chest/thighs. My diary is open to get an idea what I've been eating and my exercise schedule. (Last few weeks might be blank, I kept forgetting to log!)

I really appreciate the help! Add me as a friend as well. Would love the support and be able to see what everyone is eating on a daily basis.

    4 ox of chicken my main thing, a veggie like corn, mixed veg and then a side maybe 1/2 cup stuffing or potatoes.
    a BLT with turkey bacon, fat free mayo and 45 cal bread with a side of special k chips.
    homemade tostadas i found beans from dollar general if u have on 70 cal for 1/2 cup so 1/4 cup on each
    carne asada tacos


    if u have a pinterest search low cal more results than low calorie*

    Well, what kind of food do you LIKE to eat?

    Eat that.

    Just smaller amounts (probably) and track it in your diary.

    I eat a hugely varied diet consisting of stuff I enjoy. Feel free to creep my diary.

    My diary is open. Let's see, today I had Kashi cereal, milk and 1/2 Quest bar for breakfast. Lunch was a salad, egg salad sandwich, some cauliflower and strawberries. Dinner was pulled pork, beans and cole slaw. The other half of my Quest bar was my snack. Plus ice cream with PB2 for dessert!
