Needing some advice on how to gain muscle without losing weight but i want to be toned! ! Help

Eat at maintenance or in a surplus, lift heavy, and get enough protein
To be fair, it's extremely difficult to gain muscle while losing weight anyway, but those are your two best options0 -
Eat above your total daily expenditure and lift heavy. That about it. However it takes a long time to gain muscle so don't beat yourself up if you don't see results0
