I am trying to lose approximately 20 pounds. I used to have a very active lifestyle but now, owing to a commute and no longer living in a city or working on college campuses where I walk everywhere, my lifestyle is horribly sedentary.

It didn't help me a few years ago that I was put on a medication that totally suppress my appetite. That's why if you look at my Weight Tracker I was down to a dangerous 105 pounds a couple years ago. Since then, my weight and nutrition have just being kind of unstable and "off".

I'm back on here because I have being steadily gaining weight just a little each month for a long time now. I am trying to take control of my life style with regard to exercise and nutrition. I seldom have time to cook because I work 10 hour days starting in the early afternoon.
