So I'm seeing all over its best to weigh in weekly and measure maybe once a month... Uh at what part of my arm, thighs calves do I measure I'm assuming just the largest part ? I know I ask dumb things. But I really am just trying to soak up all the knowledge lol


As usual any tips send them my way. !! Anyone add me !!!

    My PT measured me and she only measured my hips, waist and chest.... So that is the best that I can answer you... I only weigh in weekly or biweekly and she only measures me once a month or did anyways lol... That was on the expensive side, so I am doing this on my own now... Next month I am suppose to call her and see if I can afford a visit we shall see....
