500 calorie malitiary diet ^_^

Hey guys I'm doing the 500 calories for 28 days challenge, wanting to lose 25 kgs by Feb.

    Wait, what?
    You're planning on consuming only 500 cals/day? In order to lose roughly 50 lbs in 7 weeks?
    That's not safe, healthy, or realistic.

    What on earth makes you think this is a good idea? Where did you hear about this "challenge"? Why the rush to lose the weight?
