looking to bulk and need help
I'm 178cm, 92kg, 18% bc
Set a goal of 2800 calories per day.
Carbs 40%
Protein 30%
Fats 30%
Mostly inactive during the day, apart from weights session.
MFP adds about 900 calories to my daily goal after my workout, so I'm assuming I need to consume this extra

I would add the extra calories, focusing mainly on carbs and protein immediately after your workout. I am bulking at the moment and will eat the extra calories I burn and more on top. I find bulking a lot harder than cutting, the extra food is nice, but trying to squeeze it all in when you don't want food is difficult!

I assume you are male from your weight/bodyfat. At 18% bodyfat you should not be bulking as you your body is not in an optimal condition to build muscle.

You should either eat at maintenance and "recomp" or cut to a good bodyfat (sub 13%) and then consider a bulk.

According to the profile, OP is a male and I would agree. A bulk is not a good thing for a person whose body fat is that high. If anything, i would cut or recomp at the very least.
