Day 3 on MFP feeling positive

Ok so am from Manchester area in England I have been a big lad all my life and have struggled to lose weight. Over the last few years I've been wanting to get in shape I started dieting and going gym and managed to lose around 50lb then I stopped. I've put a good few pounds back on and feel so down about it so I decided to join MFP for support. My goal is to get to my ideal weight which is to lose around 40-50lb by summer 2017.
