Hi, I am newer to Fitness Pal, but not new to fitness. 5 years ago I lost 110 pounds. I've gained about 30 pounds back and some of it was muscle, but I feel more confident at a lower weight. I know it has to do with also being less strict with my diet which I have adjusted.
Everyone knows the one way to get the weight off is obligating yourself and having that base of support. I'm newer to my gyms and area so I don't have that support anymore. I figured this would be a great outlet so please add me.

110 lbs is amazing. Even with a 30lb gain, still extremely impressive.0
