Hey Everyone!

I have been using MyFitnessPal for awhile now, but just recently discovered a whole community of forums, challenges etc.
I am 30 Yr. Female from Canada,
I have a goal of 150 healthy target range.
I love using kettlebells, and walking as main sources of exercise, and would love to join challenges.

I am not sure how to *join a challenge via my phone, or how to write or use anything on my app on phone.

Where are y'all from? Do you have a target/goal weight too?
