"stupid" question, but the recipes that call for whey protein, you just mean a scoop of protein shake powder, or is there a type of whey protein for cooking? does that exist, lol. Does cooking the powder change its nutritional value or anything?

I just use the same protein powder I use for my shakes. As far as I am aware cooking it doesn't change the values... but I never really thought about it until now, so I could be wrong.

I was recently away on holidays and these bars helped me to meet my macros each day, the recipe was adapted from a Tosca Reno Protein bar - http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/takerbrat/view/keep-it-clean-557643
