All I Want For Christmas Is... A Personal Rambling

The little things. I want to be able to cook food and pack lunches in my kitchen, get back to my regular routine, to be able to pick whatever outfit I want to wear in the morning from my closet instead of from the few items we took with us, and to be able to sleep in my own bed. This hotel living thing is definitely not all it's cracked up to be. I am already thinking about the deep cleaning and extensive organization day that I'm going to have when we are able to go home.
In other news, I would also like gains, Boutine LA bikinis, some new sneaks and athleticwear for Christmas. But I'd really rather have the stuff I mentioned first. Maybe I'll get all that stuff come February or March when this house situation settles down and work is back to normal. You don't realize how much you cherish the little things until you're put in a position where you can't have them anymore. Maybe this is a lesson in gratitude? For now, I'm extremely grateful that my little family is still together (although not home) for the holidays and that I can still go to the gym! Looking on the bright side.
What do YOU want for Christmas this year?

All I want for Christmas is a threesome with Carla Gugino and Kate Beckinsale.

    It would kill you.

.... I'm not saying that it wouldn't be worth it but yeah, it would kill you

I kinda just want my bills paid and caught up.
Oh and a cute guy to take me on a date to a Thunder game. And buy me a steak dinner.
If my car would quit having stuff break down, that would be super special too.

I'd just like a good Holiday and some nice family time together... it really hasn't happened a lot lately... the four of us are never on the same page. And we're going to have a full week together... I'm actually kinda dreading it.

If PMS could leave me alone this month, that would be great too.

My wife has hallmark channel all the time.

I swear to God..... I have been working in the city for ten years now and no romantic random manic pixie dream girls.... I must look uglier than the hallmark dudes.

There's only a few Hallmark channel 1's, that I'll watch; the rest're childish and/or many versions, of The Christmas Carol!

Time with the ones I love most, make sure I can keep the lights on and continued health for everyone including all my pets (huge expense when one or more gets ill).

I do not really want or need any stuff, not that I will not take stuff if someone wants to give me stuff.

I just want Christmas to be over. I dislike shopping with the crowded of people
  • I just want a lot of cheese. And wine. And sex.
I would prefer it if my kids didn't fight or argue with me, but then I'm an adult and I realise that if my kids act up its probably because of the attitude I'm throwing out. It's not their job to make me happy.

I would love to somehow be in a better financial situation where I have the ability to take care of my family and have time to help others too in a positive way. The kind of people who genuinely need assistance. ( not necessarily money wise ) ....... another year of life, many blessings and the same for my family and friends.

All I want for Christmas is a second season of "Roadies" including Carla. My second favorite Production Manager. Dammit. :(

YES! Health for all, absolutely. Our Bullmastiff actually just had to be taken to the vet for the fourth time in a month yesterday - turns out all his illnesses have been from an allergy to the mold we had in our home. Hopefully when we move back and it's gone he'll be a healthy pup once again! Hope your fur babies are healthy this holiday season (and your family and self as well!)

for everyone to be happy and some relaxation.

Relaxation sounds nice. I want a day to sleep in with my S.O. but that isn't happening any time soon. 5-6AM wake up call for both of us daily until the end of this hectic month. Ugh!

@J_Surita3 - That type of thing places all else in perspective. Sending prayers for her.

A plane ticket to China to visit my son who is working there for a year. He was born when I was 19, so he has been with me for all 25 Christmases I have had since I was an adult until this year :(
