Favorite Workout!

Hey guys,
I am looking for new workout routines!!! I usually do cardio 5 times a week by just running on the treadmill at a constant pace. I also do some strength training with free weights. Abs is my absolute favorite and I do abs 5 days a week but I think my body is starting to get in some sort of a routines and I am not seeing changes as quick anymore so I would like to hear what you guys do out there!!!
