Hi, i have lost about a stone and a half since dieting a lot of months back and i feel i'm at a good weight. I go to the gym regulary and eat quite well. However, i am wanting to lose a couple more pounds in body fat around my stomach and chest to tone up but don't want to lose any muscle i have gained due to hard work. What is the best way to lose some body fat but maintain my muscle? Should i eat less calories than i normally do? I eat a lot of protein and take protein shakes also. I'm 5"8 19 male and weigh 12st 1lbs. Thanks!!

No, don't eat less calories. A recomp sounds perfect for you. Eat at your maintenance calories while starting or continuing a progressive heavy lifting program.1
