How and why do you want to raise your core temp? Looking at the ingredients, it is just green tea and caffeine which will have little to no affect on fat loss on their own.
I use;
-whey
-casein
-Omega 3
-Multi-vitamin

There is no vitamin Z, bro.
I occasionally take a vitamin D supplement on weeks where i'm not in sunlight. That's about it.Mycophilia wrote: »Creatine and caffeine because they're cheap and their effects have been proven through hundreds of studies.
Have you personally experienced measurable improvements in results (not attributable to other factors)?

Same for me but I'm not sure if either is doing anything special for me.
Caffine will always be there but not sure if I'll continue to buy creatine even though it's relatively cheap.0 -

Canadian proteins
-Whey concentrate
-Caffeine
-Taurine
-Citrulline malate
-BCAA
Multi vitamin(no preference)
Creatine MH Allmax. Only brand that doesn't draw water to my intestines. Probably because it's creapure.0 -
Canadian too here. I forget all the brand names, can look them up if someone really cares.
-Whey isolate
-Casein protein at night
-BCAA
-Creatine (loading stage right now)
-Preworkout (also contains creatine, BCAAs, caffeine)
My question to all the fit people: do you drink LOTS of protein every day? I just used MFP to go on a 40% protein diet and I'm drinking 6 scoops of whey and 2 of casein. Adds up to probably 8 liters of stuff to drink. That's what MFP says I need so I'm sticking to it although the cost is... affordable, but could be lower. I just want to know if that's a normal amount to drink.
Recommendations on whey would also be appreciated if they're appropriate here, I really only have access to Shoppers Drug Mart and Walmart plus a local health food store. There's a GNC in a nearby town but I don't go often to depend on it for protein.0 -
- Lýsi (Fish oil)
- Amino Energy even though it's *kitten* and my coach hates that I use it
- D-vitamins, I live in a place where we don't see the sun during the winter
- Syntrax Nectar Protein Powder
But honestly, you don't really need supplements when you're eating correctly. You need them if you're a professional athlete but a normal person can just eat real food and not worry about them.
