Take the time to log EVERYTHING. It really helps me as if I don't log what I eat I tend to have calorie amnesia. When I feel like a snack, I log it first, that helps me decide whether or not to have it.
This program works when I work it!

Just take it one day a time, and be honest with your logging:) Know this is a lifestyle change so have fun with it!!! Move your feet, down your water and just do the damn thing lol1
