5'4 105 2100-2600 my weekly average is usually ~2400-2500 though. Only get about 4000 steps a day and exercise 4-5x a week for an hour

How old are you if I may ask? You look really young so I'm wondering if it contributes or if you just have a good metabolism lol

Thanks everyone for sharing. I find this thread interesting.

The variability always amazes me. Like how some people can maintain a higher weight at less calories than me (1700).

I would have to guess that the difference in ages is the issue...I'm almost 48...But I maintain about 15-1900 ish, depending on activity that day...

45 yo, 5'4" , currently 132 lbs. I am just maintaining through the holidays at an average of 1800-1900 per day. I don't weight train, just walk/run hills about 40 minutes per day-with the rest of my daily activity works out to about 13,000 to 15,000 steps per Fitbit. Last week I was sick and did not exercise at all and I had to drop my calories to average 1500ish to compensate for the inactivity.

Yes your right, age probably has something to do with it, wasn't thinking about that.
