As I'm sure you figured out, everyone maintains at a varying amount of calories. But for what it's worth I'm currently 5'4'' 120lbs. ~1600 sedentary, ~2000 on sedentary training days, ~2200 on active training days.
When I was 5'4 110 lbs I maintained at under 1400... it sucked.3 -

I believe it's net 1700 because I do not log the 300cal of exercise nor do I log the 300cal of food. I log 1700cal of eating a day to make sure I'm hitting my macros, especially protein, and then have a little extra to play around with because of my exercise. If I didn't exercise, I would still eat 1700cal, I'd just not have that extra 300cal for happy fun time eating. Hope that makes sense.

OHHH ok I didnt catch the part of the not logging the 300 calories of food lol but yeah that makes sense. Thank you for taking the time to elaborate.0 -

How old are you if I may ask? You look really young so I'm wondering if it contributes or if you just have a good metabolism lol0 -

45 yo, 5'4" , currently 132 lbs. I am just maintaining through the holidays at an average of 1800-1900 per day. I don't weight train, just walk/run hills about 40 minutes per day-with the rest of my daily activity works out to about 13,000 to 15,000 steps per Fitbit. Last week I was sick and did not exercise at all and I had to drop my calories to average 1500ish to compensate for the inactivity.

Yes your right, age probably has something to do with it, wasn't thinking about that.2
